Dawn was excellent. She went above and beyond in her service to us. She was regularly in communication with us and gave us recommendations on when to lower our asking price and things we could do to make the property more marketable. She even helped with some final fixes we needed to do on the day of sale to satisfy our buyer. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.
