Dawn was excellent. She went above and beyond in her service to us. She was regularly in communication with us and gave us recommendations on when to lower our asking price and things we could do to make the property more marketable. She even helped with some final fixes we needed to do on the day of sale to satisfy our buyer. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. I would and will recommend Dawn to anyone we know that is selling or buying a home. Our experience with her was excellent!

Dawn was an excellent realtor. She paid close attention to what you buyer wants and was always shooting back emails of homes to your liking. She was very patient, i personally looked at more than 10 homes with Dawn. She was very polite and made it clear that on a offer she wants to get her clients the best offer/contact. The one thing I really did appreciate, is her honesty; she wasn’t afraid to point out things in homes that might raise concern during a inspection/closing time.
